I keep getting asked how to be ‘gentlemen with an edge’, so here are five things to keep in mind:

  1. Poise - Be mindful of your composure (always keep your cool)
  2. Passion - Have a passion for something like relationships, work, school or life itself
  3. Presence - Be present in the moment, get out your head and pay attention to what’s going on. Be aware.
  4. Purpose - Find what it is that you are destined to give the world.
  5. Persistence - Always keep at it and practice each. Combine all to motivate yourself and move forward in life.
